We hired Northland Paving Ltd. for several large projects totalling over $79,000: • Front excavation, walkway & driveway: $24,916.32 • Jewelstone around the deck: $16,907.62 • Concrete slab: $10,170.00 • Retaining wall & back fence: $21,752.50 • Shared fence: $1,830.60 • Post removal & concrete repair: $3,616.00 Incomplete work, broken promises, and zero accountability. Northland did an amazing job for us. They restored our interlock driveway and built new beautiful retaining walls. I'll tell you that there are a ton of crappy contractors who are fly by night companies. They try to sway with all this warranty. What good is it if the company doesn't exist in a couple years? I did my homework and Northland is, in my opinion, the best one in GTA. Price is fair. Quality is solid. Been around a long time. CP24 even featured these guys.
Not at all worth recommending Northland Pavers and online reviews could be deceiving. 1. Dipping in driveway (originally driveway is done in June/July 2025) not even 12 months of paving. Attached picture was taken and email to them in March 2026 and no response from them. 2. We have 2 adjacent driveway paved together but water sloped toward middle of one driveway and during winter when snow melts in day temperatures it make a water steam which becomes slippery over night with dipping temperatures.
