We tried contacting them today to discuss work that was done for us 4 years ago. Yes it has been a while since the work was done, but the product we purchased has a 10 year warranty. We should be able to call anytime. Owner of company was very rude and wouldn’t even let my husband explain the issue at hand. Steve (the owner) was very disrespectful, showed horrible customer service. Apparently supporting their customers is not important to them.

Steve and his crew were great to work with. They did an excellent job installing my new Trane furnace and central air unit. I was very impressed with how easy the process was and how nicely they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended!
