We used this place before for my husband's vehicle and it was good, but then we used them for my car and it was horrible. The rubber seals on my car door got hard and knocked off pieces of my trim and bent other trim, so when it started to warm up we took it to them to get a quote to get everything fixed that was the issue and to get a dent fixed. I chose Northland Collision because I wanted to support a small local business instead of a chain, and they were located close to where I live. Someone rear ended me in January and fortunately it wasn’t too bad. Only my fender was damaged in the back. They easily worked with my insurance company and would have worked with the rental car company, however I use a piece of equipment for work that doesn’t easily fit in certain cars so I was concerned about that. Best collision company I've ever worked with. Very accommodating, friendly and amazing repair work! Highly recommend. They even washed my car and cleaned up the interior. They went above and beyond and if I ever need autobody work again, they are my first and only call.
Very easy to work with, friendly staff, and extremely accommodating! I only needed minor repairs to my bumper but I received so much more through their awesome customer service. Due to the nature of the repair I expected my car to be washed. What I didn’t expect was having the INSIDE of my car cleaned as well. Northland was a great company to work with. They were friendly, fast and did a wonderful job on the repair of my bumper. I would highly recommend them.
I was rear ended on I-35 on my way home for thanksgiving by a truck and needed to get a lot of work done and parts replaced on my car. They helped explain the process and made sure my car was in perfect condition and back in my possession within the week (OF THANKSGIVING!!!) so I could drive back to school safely. Would recommend these guys to anyone. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Very grateful.
