RecommendedToday Northland blew my expectations out of the water with how down right caring, amazing and accommodating they where. We first started at NAH a few years ago after moving to Rockford. Our poor dog had a terrible ear infection, and we hadn’t established a vet yet. We called everywhere and no one was willing to see us. As soon we called NAH, they got us in immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about the work that they do. The love that they pour into my dogs for each appointment is truly exceptional. This place is one of a kind, and I would recommend it to anyone.
NAH is wonderful. Every single person who works there is provides excellent service from Dani at the front desk to Dr. Banks they all provide exceptional service. If you are looking for a knowledgable, caring vet and office staff this is the place to go. I don't know what we would do without them. Ted, Billie, Zeus and Arie, all want to thank you guys for all of the hard work you do!
Switching vets was a difficult decision for us because we have an old, diabetic golden retriever but also just got a little Boston puppy and we wanted to start her care somewhere we planned to stay. I wasn't happy with how our golden's diabetes was being managed and after a long, informative conversation with Ben at Northland Animal Hospital, decided I was ready to make the switch. Hats off to the new lady doc in town at Northland! Dr Condon, and always professional & friendly staff, saved my kitty (approx. 8 yrs old) from dying of a urinary track blockage. Emergency surgery and many questions and compromises were made. He's a survivor thanks to them. Noob is not the 1st pet I've brought to the clinic. Dr Banks has helped me through others for many years. thank you all!
The staff is very, very caring. They saw us through a very difficult time of losing two fur babies in less than a month. We’ve since adopted two more fur babies and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for their care.
They are amazing. If you are looking for a vet that loves your animals as much as you do. This is the place to take them. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us. Especially Dr. Banks, Ben, and Dani.
We have been at Northland for about 10 years now, brought 2 dogs here from adoption to end of life, and now are starting the process again with a newly rescued pup. We have always been treated like family ❤️ The staff and doctors truly care and take the time to get to know us and our pups to give us the best options for treatment when issues arise.
