Dr. Kimpson is the best of the best. The bottom line is he delivers an injection that last a very long time. I have been a patient for over ten years and I go from non-sleeping to sleeping very well, cripple to keeping up with everyone else, #10 on the pain chart to minimal to no pain for months and occasionally years. No movement to dancing. I’m always happy when I leave. My life has changed. I have RA and he keeps several joints working. Dr Kimpson himself is a wonderful doctor but his Nurse Practitioner, a woman and I’m sorry I don’t know her name (black woman)but she is not a very nice person. Her energy towards me was ALWAYS very negative feeling and quite indifferent. I did not feel care or concern from her. I would have to see her when I could not see Dr Kimpson. My grievance is that every time I had to see her and it involved scheduling an injection (twice) and completely my FMLA paperwork ( I paid $50), she drops the ball. I don't think anyone has the time to read what all I have to say about this office, the staff, or the Doctor. All I can say is that I'm beyond disappointed and I have sooo many questions as to how they mishandled me as a new patient. Definitely won't be returning for any procedures!
I was able to locate Dr Kimpson thru google. I am calling Monday to get an appointment. Heard nothing but great things about Dr Kimpson and his staff his treatment his knowledge and understanding. Thank you
