Dr. Portillo is excellent! She listened to all of my concerns and always aired on the side of caution.
Dr. Campbell was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a complex case and she listened to me for over 20 minutes and then did a full exam and procedure with me on the first visit. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable during a scary procedure. Her bedside manner was incredible and she really listened to me. Highly recommend her if you need any GYN services.
Doctors are great, front desk receptionists are awful.
Worst experience I've had with a doctor. I do not recommend it.
The five star review is for Dr. Portillo because she is truly an amazing doctor. She is incredibly passionate about her work, compassionate, and never judgmental. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB-GYN who genuinely cares about her patients. HOWEVER, I did have an unfortunate experience with the front desk staff. The woman working today around 3pm loudly stated that I had no insurance, making sure everyone behind me could hear.
