The five star review is for Dr. Portillo because she is truly an amazing doctor. She is incredibly passionate about her work, compassionate, and never judgmental. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB-GYN who genuinely cares about her patients. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this OB-GYN clinic. My wife, who is pregnant, had originally scheduled her initial eight-week checkup for next Friday as a new patient. However, last night, she experienced unexpected bleeding and was understandably very scared and concerned. I enjoy having Dr. Farris as my general OBGYN!! She's very understanding and aware of my medical history and complex health conditions which has put me at ease. She has excellent bedside manner and will always answer any questions I have whether that be in office or in the portal which she responds to messages herself.
