Very professional, very thorough very Caring doctor, you feel comfortable talking to him he cares about his patience. There needs to be more doctors like this.
I wouldn't see anyone else!! He's professional yet so friendly and puts you at ease when having to discuss such a personal issue..over 10 years I've had to have 3 or 4 procedures and although it's not enjoyable..him and his staff make it the best experience possible. When I called to schedule an appointment for my last issue the receptionist had to make it 3 weeks out..they called me two days later and he worked some patients in on a Friday so patients didn't have to wait so long to be seen…..on a Friday!!!
Renee and Ann, the nurses, were amazing! So kind and reassuring. Julie, the anesthesiologist, explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I felt well cared for from start to finish! Highly recommend this team! Not to mention, Dr. Reina is amazing!
I had a very positive experience coming here. The staff here are very personable and helpful. In specific, Dr. Alisa Picou embodies professionalism. She is very thorough, patient, very knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns earnestly. In my opinion, these qualities are becoming harder to find, and she hit the bullseye on each one. I highly recommend them to anyone suffering from a gastrointestinal related illness. Brian G Bazajou
