Today we had an appointment at this location to enroll my child into the First Steps program. I also have another child whom is autistic and non verbal. They were also in the first steps program. I have never seen an employee in an institution like this yell at an autistic non verbal child, until today. I was assigned a therapist named Zachary Fannin. He was very rude towards me and insulted me. He told me to, "stop acting like a toddler," and to ,"Calm down and get a blanket." I would not recommend sending a family member to this institution.
Excellent resource for accessing the mental health you need. Don't listen to the other reviews. They are just disgruntled for one reason or another. Northkey has thousands upon thousands of perfectly satisfied patients!! I personally definitely HIGHLY recommend!!
