The receptionist on the second floor kept telling me I could leave and not do the paper work if I wanted because I wasn’t exactly excited to be up after working a late shift. But regardless children and people seeking help and they tell them to leave because they’re not excited and they take it as attitude. The peer support there is non-existent. If you truly need help I would recommend you go someplace else.
This place was recommended to take my son for some behavioral concerns we have. We were able to get an appointment in quickly, however, upon arrival I was informed they would have to reschedule due to our tardiness. I CALLED before the start of the appointment (by nearly 20 min) to say we were running late, the person who answered my call was aware we were new clients and just told us they would let them know.
