I had made an appointment, upon arriving I asked two different receptionist about checking in and was told to have a seat and someone would call me when ready. Nobody took my name… The young lady taking appointments came out several times calling names but not mine, so I finally asked her if she had my name down. She got very rude and said she’d been out calling names, I was just simply asking if she had my name on her clip board I don’t know how it works…. but she took me anyway. Nice bed sign manner however, they missed 3 blood tests on the req plus a urine sample. Not sure how they lost the urine sample from one room to the next. Very frustrating, wouldn't recommend if you're coming from out of town.
You'll get your results very quickly... the next day and sometimes the same day!
