Let me start by saying that this community has all the positives in itslf. Great management and great neighborhood. Great apartment and great staff. I have already renewed my lease because of the greatness I feel here. A true Haven!!! Thank you.
It's been about 2 months since I moved and I only have good things to say about this place. Some of the positives: Kids friendly, easy access to restaurants, stores(next door), good school district, good amenities. The only thing is that they don't have a tennis court but they do have a soccer court. Not a lot of people use it.

i have lived at northaven at johns creek for almost 9 years. i have been very happy here and will soon be signing a new lease forr a renovated apartment.the service is great. the grounds and pool area are beautiful the neighborhood is filled with shops and restaurants within walking distance. in short i love it here and highly recommend northaven at johns creek.
The best place to live. Mandy is the best leasing agent ever. She will do whatever she can to get you in a beautiful apartment . She very knowledgeable and cares about the renter. She also gets five stars. Lol
I have recently moved to this community on a friends recommendation and are not regretting it. Working with Mandy and Katie has been a charm. Have always got help whether it is late drop in for lease signing or help with initial days problems. Glad with the decision to go with a renovated apt, one of the most spacious in the area too. It is one of the best maintained communities too based on exp so far including public areas lighting n maintenance. The new owners have tried to renovate the community to an extent hoping to increase the rent but don't like the new look. This community has become very noisy. there is always some work/renovation going on. As for internet and cable there is NO choice. ACESS MEDIA3 is the only provider and very slow. If internet connectivity is vital to you, please go and find another apartment.
