very satisfied customer.. I called Northgate TV and was greeted by a person, not an answering machine, and the person was very helpful and friendly..scheduled an appointment..asked about prices and was informed about what to expect...the servicemen, Jack and Nick were more than qualified, especially Jack, and repaired the television in my house at about the cost I was quoted.
NICE WORK GUYS, I HAD MY TELEVISION IN 3 SHOPS NO ONE COULD FIX IT..SO YOU WERE THE LAST..IT WAS QUICK AND REASONABLE AND YOU GUYS AND THE RECEPTIONIST ARE FRIENDLY.

Hi. this morning I called regarding my Samsung TV with a grinding noise, the lady new exactly what I needed, asked my Model No. had the part and repaired my set for a lot lett than I would have paid for an extended warranty. Happy customer.
we are currently enjoying the fruits of our service from Northgate TV, came on time, knew what was wrong and came back with the part the next day..2 hours, plus thorought cleaning, job done. Well done, men, and thank you for the service
0 star is more fitting. This place is horrible. They lie. They lie. They Lie! Pat should record listen to her message machine. She has forgotten the purpose for running a business - making money thru satisfied customers willing to place return business!! HORRIBLE!!!! THEY LIE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
