first to last - great from the moment we called Northgate TV and the lady who answered was so helpful and courteous, till the time our tv was repaired - 2 days later - it was a great experience, reasonably priced friendly and efficient.

Questionable service Great service?? Check their BBB rating. What a coincidence that the 5 star reviewer's name is the same first name of one of the owner's daughters Beware of ANY service with only 1 review and it is 5 star Unsatisfactory

Worst Experience Ever I cannot believe that there are actually reviews on here that are positive. I had the most horrible experience with this company. They did not do anything they said they would. They kept my television for MONTHS and were NOT helpful and did NOT fix it. It was the worst service over all that I have ever had. The BBB is correct and this company should not be used by anyone. I wish I would have looked up their rating on the BBB before I let them touch my television.

very satisfied customer.. I called Northgate TV and was greeted by a person, not an answering machine, and the person was very helpful and friendly..scheduled an appointment..asked about prices and was informed about what to expect...the servicemen, Jack and Nick were more than qualified, especially Jack, and repaired the television in my house at about the cost I was quoted.

Have used for over 20+ years. Always GREAT service even on a combo set (VHS/DVD) Toshiba TV set that was ONLY 4 years old & HH Gregg said too bad, get a new one...duh!!!

brought my tv lamp in with the housing - they replaced lamp a half the cost of several other repair services that I called...was very happy.

We are moving to Crestwood Kentucky and after being a customer of Northgate TV for 30 years, I will miss their friendly, good and prompt service...we might even come to Cincinnati to bring our tv's and stereos for repair.
