Poorly owned/operated "nursing home"/ "halfway house" with a high school social scene. Moved here at age of 26 on 02/2016 from previous low-income housing property. When I toured Northgate property I knew it was a bad fit/property before being forced to sign leasing agreement (by Guardianship). Could tell that the on-site Management at that time was lying to get me to sign or at least convince my Guardians same lies to force me to sign; one lie as "There's a bunch of people around your age here".
