Abysmal service. Happy to say I won't waste my time at this place ever again. Messed up my appointment, wasted my time, and gave me nothing but sass for their own negligence.
Great experience! Very knowledgeable. The first optometrist that is very thorough and explains everything.
Dr. Negandhi was very professional and thorough with his eye exam and explanation of everything he was doing during the eye assessment. He is a very friendly and professional eye doctor and made the experience a great one. This was the best experience I’ve had with an optometrist. Thank you Dr. Negandhi, I hope you continue to work in North Bay.
The lady who did the exam was very courteous
Edit/Update: Not dealing with this place anymore, due to incompetency from secretarial. Others have mentioned their problems with her too. She calls up without records in front of her and goes by the obviously outdated and scant information on her computer instead.Then when you get frustrated with her questions she should already have answers to, she cops an attitude.
