I have been coming to Northgate Barbers for over a decade and have the owner Arthur cut my hair every time. I've always found him accommodating to my schedule, provides very friendly and personal service and a consistent quality cut every single time.
This man does not pay his employees and no one has a barber license and he evades taxes from the state by paying cash. Please don’t go
