Mrs. Tammy and Mr.Caleb were very sweet and helpful!!!!! They go above and beyond for residents!!!! Me and my family love living in Prosper northgate. It's a good environment and friendly people!
Tammy was the best 10/10 definitely would recommend these apartments, & they’re pet friendly.
I've stayed at several apartment complexes throughout my life but this one is by far the best!!! Don't judge them from the outside! Although the outside is well kept the inside is so nice! We recently got a new maintenance guy and he is super nice. He is always so professional, friendly and does a great job getting to and completely anything we need. I made sure to get his name so I could recognize him. Thank you Darren for the amazing job you are doing here!
Ac has been out for a day and was supposed to be out for another day but Darren came by and installed some window units. He was very friendly and gave us some serious relief from the heat. Didn’t take him long to finish and the relief was immediate. Greatly appreciate his help.
