My mother was a tenant at Northgate (6/2011-07/2021). Due to her illness, I switched her apartment to a 1st-floor dwelling 07/2020. I was put on her lease. My mother was hospitalized 03/2021. The lease renewal came up and I renewed it for her. She passed away 05/17/2021. I informed Northgate that my mother passed. I emailed them a copy of the death certificate on June 17, 2021.
