RecommendedWe had the absolute best experience with Northfield Urgent Care! My 4 yo daughter hurt herself on the trampoline last night and after x-rays, we learned she had broken her Tibia. The whole staff on duty was so helpful throughout the whole visit. Rachel was amazing and thoughtful with Natalie through the whole examination and treatment of preparing her splint. you could tell she cares. I am very concerned that you have an employee posting false claims about the Coronavirus saying that it’s made up by the media ! But then when I saw her fiancée’s post (attached ) from as recent as Saturday I see where her ignorance comes from ! This IS NOT a time for Ignorant Health Care providers !!!!! I hope you can get through to her as I tried and a family member called me an OLD C##t amongst other things 😡. I had an amazing experience walking into urgent care today. Everyone was absolutely fabulous from the front desk to the nurse and physician assistant (she was extra fabulous) and the wait time was so minimal. I would highly recommend Northfield Urgent Care to anyone!
