Huge legal liability for property owners. Avoid. Anyone who knows me, I'm vehemently for businesses that are ethical, as an entrepreneur, and business owner myself. So I'm disgusted when I find out a local property management has been illegally breaking laws on so many levels with so many tenants including myself. I've even been the victim after vacating a property a year ago, and them failing to return my deposit by defaulting past the legal deadline of a sent statement, and even texted admission of guilt. Horrible HORRIBLE scammy company. Will take your money for their "property management" services and pocket it. Does nothing and very difficult to communicate with. Be particularly wary of Joanna.
