I would NOT recommend living here! The rent they charge for what you get is not worth it. You are required to pay a deposit and the management says that it’s refundable, However that is not true. Also the apartment model they show you does not look like what you actually get. In the master bedroom the bathroom and closet don’t have doors so you have no privacy. This is my first experience living in an apartment and I'm so glad to have found a good place that's close to MTSU and also pet friendly!
My fiance and i are very happy with this place so far. We have lived here since May and we have no complaints. On a safe and quiet street, townehomes are spacious for a great price!
I moved here in June, and I absolutely love it here. The office staff is nice, and helps you with whatever it is you need. Whatever questions I have, they are able to answer them. If they can't at that moment, they always get back to me. They always let you know when they're going to into your home before they come, which is a plus in my book! I moved here from Arkansas in June for school & work. It's such a nice place to live! Everyone is so friendly! It's very quiet, & has a welcoming atmosphere. I feel very safe here! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!
