Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Yes, they should have been more gentle

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. After removing amalgam fillings one my teeth became very sensitive. I was told I needed a root canal! With no "holistic alternative and no refferrals to a specialist I was left to find some one to take care of it - just what I was trying to avoid in the first place!!!

I went there because at a previous cleaning I was told that I should have a scaling done. I like to try and take care of my teeth, so i was suprised when I was told that I had deep pockets that might cause problems.. I'm pretty confident that the hygienist works on commision trying to convince you to use arrestin, and antibiotic that is not covered by insurance...at a cost of 65 per tooth. I increased in suspicion when she started cleaning and clucking at the same time...my your gums are purple, you really should use the ant... read more

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

This dental groups is a group of rip-off artists. They have very poor management and often don't have your appointment. They consistently try to over bill, They bill for procedures not mentioned before they do the work. They will not do work that the insurance company says is included at no additional charge. They do very poor work often making major errors, both I am my wife we choked on seperate occasions by material going down our throats.
