Several times I've witnessed the contractor vehicles for this company driving around very unsafely. I've seen them exceeding the speed limit, tailing drivers ahead of them, and generally just racing from site to site. I would recommend that if you want to find an HVAC technician, find one who's a responsible member of the community instead of one who puts the safety of Chicago and drivers at risk.
These guys are great. From the front office to the techs in the field. Everybody always answers your calls and they go above and beyond to get you service.
