This office needs to learn insurance billing and how to professionally address their clients. Mark is a pretty good therapist, but his wife, Dawn, who counsels and does the billing needs to learn how to deal with the public and how to actually bill insurance companies. It is because of her abrupt and rude behavior and inability to bill insurance properly, that I found this office intolerable enough to end a four year counseling relationship with her husband. Sad to have to leave a counselor because of his biller....

I see Dawn here at Northern Waters Counseling Group. I believe everyone has a time and a place that they need counseling in their life and this was a perfect place to land. I had a very traumatic experience with Dawn Waters.. I left in tears and she also left me feeling unsafe.. She in my opinion should not be in a position of trust she has, she is not to be trusted.
