My experience at this location with the reception has been poor. The ladies at the front desk have minor knowledge to answer basic questions. Especially on the phone, they hang up as soon as they can. The lady I just got off the phone with abruptly hung up when I was trying to confirm the time of my appointment. I understand they may be busy, but I don’t believe that justifies having 4 ladies at the desk where they all are disrespectful to patients. It’s insane how every single person that works the front, the face of the office, is rude with the worst attitude. If I had not gotten my lasik through The Eye Center and had the actual doctors not been so great I would have changed providers a long time ago. The hiring manager needs a psych eval, because based on this staff, her judgment really needs to be evaluated.

Don’t schedule in this office, they obviously don’t need new patients, I believe they have enough business, I scheduled twice and they cancelled both appointments last minute, even scheduled with the wrong doctor and also cancelled, the receptionist is super rude and makes u feel like you’re wasting her time,

I’ve been a patient at this practice for years and have generally had good experiences, but today was quite disappointing. As I waited to be checked out, the receptionist was engaged in casual conversation with her colleagues and didn’t acknowledge me for a while. When she finally spoke, I couldn’t tell if she was addressing me or continuing her conversation, so I politely asked her to repeat what she said about the credit card.
