As a Psychiatrist myself by training and background, I know how hard it can be to find a truly great therapist. Dr. Ryan is it. He is an incredible person who has helped me become the person I am today. Dr. Ryan has an uncanny ability to provide the balance of validating what you are going through while also assisting you in understanding your role in a matter that may not be going your way. Dr. Ryan saved me. In the two years that I’ve been seeing him, he’s helped me navigate through the toughest period of my life. He’s helped me deal with immense grief from the sudden loss of my long time partner and deal with immense childhood and adulthood trauma not dealt with. He taught me how to set boundaries and have people respect my boundaries. I’m deeply appreciative of his service and looking forward to making even more progress; and by progress, I mean healing mentally and emotionally.
