I was involved in an accident caused by a Northern Virginia Supply dump truck driver, who carelessly switched lanes and collided with my (much smaller) car. Given the size and weight of their vehicle, the potential for catastrophic consequences was extremely high, and it was only by sheer luck that severe injuries or worse were avoided.
