They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They didn't tell us the cost of surgery until my husband was already medicated and unable to make a sound decision. They also told us on the phone that we only had to pay a co-pay the day of the visit, but we walked out paying an unexpected $900
I was very unhappy with the care I received from Dr. Francioni. I had to have a broken tooth, with a root cancel removed. I felt like a product on an assembly line. She barely stated who she was and then gave me a shot to numb the area. Once numb, she just started pulling and drilling. I'm not one to get nervous at the dental office, but I was so shaky by the end of the procedure that I had to wait in my car for 15 minutes before driving home.
