Do not use this firm. I entered surgery on 3/21/17 having agreed to a specific price range of $195 to $395. I came out of painful surgery to be greeted by a demand for payment of $854 which I paid; this pricing was not agreed to, explained or justified. Then to my amazement I was billed another $135 months later. I have not paid this and will continue to fight these unexplained charges through all means possible.
