Does this practice not want patients? adding to the chorus of people who say that the receptionists here are incredibly rude. I'm calling because I have possible brain damage and im looking for help. It's not ok to raise your voice because someone didnt answer the question as directly as you wanted. I don't understand what the doctors here are doing to let these people run wild.

Dr Rosenbaum always seem like you're inconveniencing her. She's rude, extremely hard to talk to and unless you initiate conversation she never says a word. There are too many neurologist in this area to put up with bad behavior, and bad attitude. Shame on your practice for allowing her to treat patients poorly.Thank you.

Receptionist is the rudest person I’ve ever met, and tried to tell me it’s not her job to fax my medical records to another doctors’ office. Her failing to do so resulted in an appt at another office, which I’d waited months for, to be cancelled because they didn’t have my information. I recently contacted NovaNEURO to speak with their Office Manager regarding a potential referral partnership, with the goal of establishing a mutually beneficial relationship for neuropsychological services. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The Office Manager was dismissive and unprofessional, stating that they do not need any referrals and that their physicians already have established referral networks. The appointment was on time, the doctor was professional. My physiotherapist had to request the records, even though the doctor said he was going to send them. Minus one star because it's 2026 and they don't have a way to pay the co-pay online. You have to call or send your CC information to them by mail. :/
