Rude and unprofessional receptionist
The receptionists are incredibly rude. I forgot my order, yes, very stupid of me. But don’t talk shit about me right in front of me. At least pretend to be nice. Instead of saying, “Help me help you” sarcastically and rolling your eyes, maybe say, “I’m very sorry sir. Without your order, we cannot proceed with your appointment today. Would you like to reschedule?” Customer service 101, but I am guessing you don’t get paid enough to care.
Ok, the reviews of this place are true. The receptionist named Trinna is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! If you are a owner and reading. Coming from a family of Surgeons/doctors. FIRE HER!!! I spent 2 min on the phone with her and that was enough to understand Trinna is NOT someone I would want to work with going forward with paperwork or anything else! At first I was very impressed with Perrin. Initially she took a very thorough history. Follow through was lousy. Finally she said, I don’t know what to do. I’ll never go back.
Rude tone of receptionist, I agree. Poor patient care - if your patient only speaks a certain language, please make an effort to use a translator. They are covered by insurance, inability to communicate with your patient is the same as not communicating with your patient and should be malpractice. We are certainly paying enough. Virtual translators are on standby in Virginia Hospital Center emergency rooms, that should be standard practice.
