I've had 3 lower endoscopies and 2 upper endoscopies with Dr. Goldstein. He is a wonderful and caring gastroenterologist.
Same as everyone else. They have not bothered to return any calls or messages.
As with all the other comments left on this website, I too have been unable to contact this office after numerous phone calls. I don’t understand why there’s no one available to answer the phone or even as much as tell you what the office hours are when calling.
Working with Doctor Prosky was great but after my diagnosis, they never actively followed up with me to check on how medication was working, I had to fight for a follow up appointment. Also will reiterate that they don't respond to their online form or voicemails. I can't get a new prescription prescribed by Dr. Prosky because my insurance needs something from them. It's been over 2 weeks, I lost access to my online portal (email issues) and can't get a hold of them to send me a new link and request they respond to my insura... read more
