Finally, I was scheduled to receive my first vaccine shot. I went to Northern Virginia Family Practice for my first shot. I was greeted with a friendly smile in the new, large, and super clean facility, and was taken in for the my shot right on time. I barely felt the injection. I then was instructed to sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes to be sure I didn't react negatively to the vaccine shot. I was fine.
