We booked our appointment via website and when we arrived there they told us that the appointed time was already changed and we are 10 minutes late. As per the receptionist the online appointment time is not fixed. They sent an SMS for changed schedule, which I missed . I don't understand if a customer is booking appointment on a specific time they make arrangements accordingly. Renu was fantastic! She was so friendly, professional, and really went out of her way to help me find what I needed. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. If you visit the Reston office, definitely see her. She makes everything so easy and pleasant!
Have been going here since it opened. Today was the worst. The exam was fine, but over an hour’s wait to choose frames for a new prescription. Finally just left. Asked if I could make an appointment, was told no, first come first served. Horrible customer service when charging over $1000 for a new frame and prescription.
