My son’s new contact lenses from another doctor had given him a lot of problems. Dr. Sparrenberger took the time to carefully review the details and like Sherlock Holmes, he solved the mystery right away. His kindness and sense of humor helped put us all at ease.
Dr. Miller has delivered the best service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend.
We like the practice, the doctors are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Two problems: 1) NVDO doesn't accept our insurance so all costs are out of pocket. We're looking for an in network optometrist, currently and 2) the appointments take too long. Get more efficient.
I had a great visit. Everyone was extremely helpful & Doctor was top notch.
Both the optometrist I see at NVDO (Dr Sparrenberger) and the staff are always helpful, well-informed, and friendly. I've continued to travel to NVDO from Maryland even though I no longer work nearby because they have always served me well, whether in annual checkups or in visits to address specific problems.
