We booked our appointment via website and when we arrived there they told us that the appointed time was already changed and we are 10 minutes late. As per the receptionist the online appointment time is not fixed. They sent an SMS for changed schedule, which I missed . I don't understand if a customer is booking appointment on a specific time they make arrangements accordingly.
