While Dr. Hubert, is great, the staff specifically Gaby, was absolutely rude. Our appointment was @4:40. We arrived @4:50. Typically there is a 10-15 min grace period for lateness. They relocated and did not send a notification the day off the appointment to remind the patient that it is their day of the appointment and the update of the new location. NVDO in Fall Church, VA has change location in the same mall but is still providing the same quality service in eye care and eye care needs.
The service was quick and professional. No complaints!
Dr. Kuchem is meticulous and very caring. We live far away from the office but feel it’s very worth it to travel for our appointments with her.
