Dr Nuyguen has been my rheumatologist for over 15 years. I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey Tom and the entire team at NVCFA Leesburg office. Every interaction I had was caring, competent and compassionate. I have been avoiding treating my RA with allopathic medicine for the past 21 years for a variety of reasons. Monica is amazing. That being said, the reception and phone services are impossible to get ahold of, to cancel or make appointments and to ask questions about prescriptions. I had to go in multiple times just to speak to someone, ask questions and deal with appointments. Extremely frustrating and hard for someone with arthritis and chronic fatigue.
I love everything about NVCFA. From the front office to the doctor I see. I also always have a positive experience with my infusions. I feel lucky to have this practice in my life.
I have been seeing Dr P. Nguyen since 2001. Excellent doctor, he saved my life. The staff are very nice and helpful. I get an infusion every 6 weeks, the nurses are wonderful!
