Told me at my initial visit that I have zero copayment with my insurance for both general and mental health. Never sent a single statement to my address or email. After every visit I would ask at the front, "what is my copayment for today's visit?" And they would say I don't owe anything, my insurance pays for everything. Now almost a year later I go to schedule another follow up visit and I'm told I can't schedule because I have an outstanding balance of 800 dollars. Worst doctors office I've ever been to. Front desk staff has no idea what they're talking about. Very unimpressed with the NP I saw he didn't seem to care at all and was yawning when I was explaining my situation. Never sent my prescription to the pharmacy so I had to wait almost a week for them to get back to me to resolve that. Was supposed to get a referral but nobody ever called me. Zero stars
