The NTC team is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I enjoy every class and the team does a great job keeping me motivated. I always look forward to attending every class.
I had worked up the confidence to walk into Northern Touch Crossfit after my friend had mention she joined a CrossFit program. I spoke with Sofi (Sofia) and she had listened to my history of weight-loss up and downs. She gave me the breakdown of the whole program, starts off with three days to work on the type of movements and what exactly CrossFit entails. Once I passed the three days I started doing in class. As someone who hadn't exercised in a long time, I went through the doors of Northern Touch Crossfit with a lot of self doubt and nervousness. The coaches here supported me and helped me build the self confidence I lacked. Sofia was my amazing on-boarding coach. She gave me the confidence and boost that helped me do things I never thought possible. NTC is an awesome gym with a super welcoming community. Coaches Diana, Sofi, and Laura are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress and form. Darryl, the owner, is often training right alongside everyone, which really adds to the vibe. Whether you’re new or experienced, you feel pushed and supported every time. Highly recommend. I have wanted to get into my physical health for years but nothing really excited me to keep going but at NTC I discovered what works for me, it is challenging but fun and the people are Amazing, Clients and Staff.
