Good quality.
Some of their stuff is a little pricey, but I love looking through their clearance stuff!
If they don't have it, you don't need it.
Wandered around the store 10 minutes looking for something. Walked past numerous sales people, but not one asked if I needed help. More interested in talking to each other than helping customers.

1/2 is the biggest drill bit you carry??? WTH???
Got duct tape real cheap (the fun stuff for 50 cents) but this place is mostly specialty equipment and it's not that cheap.
