RecommendedThe associates were very helpful and Polite ! Last experience was to load up 4 trailer tires and rims in my truck . She helped load them on one of your special buggies . Then helped load them in my truck.
We purchased a cart that went on sale 2 days after the purchase. The management suggested that we return to the store for a credit. Upon arrival, they only adjusted by $10.00 for a $30.00 difference. I escalated my concern, but have not received a response.
Tools! Good selection of all things tool & mechanical
Place is huge and full of quality things. Much nicer than driving across town to a lesser quality store with bottom shelf tools.
Lets see...Count on them to take a minimum of 4 weeks for warranty work on pressure washers. They label them industrial but they really are $4000 pieces of residential crap. Broke 1st month we had it after 3 uses. Have replaced the pumps 3 times. Then they refuse to give you the parts so you can do it yourself since they take a MONTH! Ken the manager will treat you like crap even being 6 months pregnant. Theres a reason they only have one store. Wandered around the store 10 minutes looking for something. Walked past numerous sales people, but not one asked if I needed help. More interested in talking to each other than helping customers.
