Everything about this company was top notch, from the first meeting to work performance to clean up. The crew was courteous and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way. I was awestruck by the quality of the work.
We had a great experience with NSBS. They were very responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. They were a breath of fresh air in comparison to another local company that did a quote. The other company quoted us 3x more for the same work and just felt super scammy from the get go. I am so glad that NSBS was my first consult so that I had them to compare to. NSBS actually listened to our concerns and gave honest recommendations. I felt like their pricing was very fair. Would absolutely recommend this company over others!
I had a egress window installed recently and could not be happier with the quality of the work, the friendly employees and the price. They arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up after and communicated everything. When I had the final inspection done the inspector stated that in over his 4 years of inspecting their work he's never had a issue that took more then a few minutes to rectify and they build above code requirements. Overall I highly recommend this company for your basement work.

Also to Jordan's team who worked hard and was very helpful giving me updates of the job. From the initial phone call, to the job being finished, nothing but professional. I recommend NSBS!
