We recently had our gas range malfunction - not only did Northern Star send someone the same day I called, they provided us with expertise on whether to repair (very $$$) or replace. Finding a new gas range in white that could be delivered quickly was not easy ; we appreciated Northern Star's advice and flexibility as we navigated getting the old range disconnected and hauled away and the new range installed, all in one day.
