Front staff very condescending and rude. I always feel like I’m bothering them when I call in.
Stay away from this place, this could very well be the worst medical clinic in North Bay. The staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional; they make fun of individuals with anxiety and laugh at them from their front desk. They gave me somebody else's CMV medical exam which divulged lots of past medical information about somebody else. When I returned the document to them they were extremely rude and laughing at me when I needed help signing off for my new document because I had the shakes from my anxiety. Dr. Aimee Laronde is the best! She listens well and is very intelligent. I couldn’t image going to any other doctor! When my doctor is away I am given a temporary doctor if I would like, which is huge! I don’t have to try to reschedule to see a doctor, or try to get into to the walk-in clinic. The receptionists are always very helpful and kind to me. Calling sometimes can be challenging, but I just wait 15 mins and I can usually get through right away after.
