They are amazing! Started with their power washing than got their snow removal. Since they are so kind, well mannered and work careful,, I got them doing Christmas lights the past couple years and now this year was Halloween lighting! What will they do next!?!?
I had an appointment for snow/ice removal needing to be done urgently. First, day they didn't do the work promised. Fine... lets say there was miscommunication. Second day, NO SHOW. NO CALL. I cancelled all of my schedule to meet with the crew and waited all morning. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
I had Ben out at my house to do power washing on my siding and patio about a year ago and he did a great job. He was courteous and very timely. My wife and I liked him so much we had him do our exterior Christmas lights and had the best house on the block. Got a ton of compliments from my neighbors. I'd definitely recommend Northern Seasonal Services.
