Definately a 1 Star business, you pay for what you get, the after sales service is brutal
Bought a used RV from northern late summer of 2023. Was told the RV was totally inspected. Before we left the lot I notice the tires were under inflated got the fix before leaving. That should have been the first red flag. When got home one of the ac unit was not working northern repair it. The first time we used it some of the electrical not working . It was bad wiring in a junction box. We had to pay to get it fixed. First time we used it to boom dock we discovered then grey and black tank valves were not working. Brought ... read more
The sales and actually showing the trailers is great!.. But.. don't expect to get much after you purchase it. I waited 10 weeks for my black septic tank to be replaced. First off.. I waited 10 weeks while they could have come out and said that they didn't want to do it. I have a 40ft trailer..I could not bring it there since it's stationary, and then they kept putting off the coming to do it. So I found a really nice guy who services trailers. Turned out the black tank which they sold me was the wrong one, which i guess is t... read more
