By 1) try having any of your employees answer the phone. What do y’all do all day that you can’t answer the phone? 2) send medication in on time , you could literally kill me by not sending in my medicine(yes benzodiazepine withdrawals can result in seizures and death) I don’t get it, I am nothing but nice and polite but feel I’m treated like a 3rd rate citizen.
I have never been treated so badly by someone that is supposed to " help" people with fragile emotional stability. I was actually threatened because I wanted to talk to the person in charge. I was let go with no forewarning in the midst of crisis. I had run out of meds. I lost my insurance and these people did not help me get on my feet at all. I believe patient abandonment is a form of malpractice.
I’ve never experience such terrible medical service or been talked to with such rudeness in me life. The office does not pick up their phone and doesn’t respond to messages after they are left or at all. The doctors forget to send in medication and can not be reached in emergencies and will not take responsibility for errors; instead, they blame and talk down to patients.
