Been using L&V for a decade since moving to Helensvale - old owners and new. Encountered the rudest staff member - first time I gave him the benefit of the doubt, everyone has off days. Second time this Saturday and it was enough to put me off ever returning. He was so blatantly arrogant and rude it appeared to even make the lovely young lady who was also working feel awkward. When you drive in your company vehicle it is representing your company. What we witnessed today of dangerous tailgating, excessive speed and cutting cars off rapidly changing lanes was so dangerous! No excuse for we saw today!! Wouldn’t use anyone that endangered the public on the road to get to their appointments.
