Terrible destructive mental health practices. Today MCO was called. They did not talk to the primary parent or get any context from the one who is raising this child instead they took the word of a 14 year old and chose extreme measures. Then when I called to talk to a supervisor and verbalized the worry about nepotism from my kids dad because he used to work for them they actually called him instead and then the cops. Shame on you. I was seeming Kim Henderson for med management here. Though her and the staff up front were friendly, I didn’t feel this organization was truly helpful with managing my mental health concerns. We had tried a few medications that were ineffective and decided to try Gene Sight Testing for some direction. My results for the Gene Sight Test were incredibly inaccurate, as the one med “recommended” for me I had previously been on and ended up experiencing Serotonin Syndrome and that’s why I had established care here. RANAE THE MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER HERE IS A VULGAR, VERBALLY ABUSIVE, AND NARCISSITIC PERSONALITY THAT CAUSED ME ALOT OF GRIEF. SOMEONE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, AND SHE WAS DEVOID OF EMPATHY FOR MY PROBELMS AND ONLY MADE THINGS WORSE. SHE MAKS YOUR COMPANY LOOK VERY BAD. IF YOU GO THERE, AVOID HER.

I attempted to call this place, first on hold for 20 min before they hang up on me. I call back, wait on hold again, but someone answers. This gal was nice, but not helpful in the least. the ONE therapist they have is booked out until July 15th. WOW! I said I would even be willing to drive to the Twin Cities if needed I just want quality care.
