Tried to make an appointment for my granddaughter, Neither Tracy or Kitty knew how to process BC/BS Open access insurance . This office was a listed provider I went elsewhere.
My son is rarely sick, thank goodness but when he is they are "booked". After being on hold for 15 minutes and then another 10 waiting for a receptionist to tell me she just gave the last appointment away to the caller before me. Really? Why not just tell me there was nothing available upon the first answering of my call. And his wait for an annual physical is over 2 months??? Because his dr is booked until then! Seriously? Complete waste of time. You’ll come in really sick, and they’ll send you home without any medication, just for you to end up in the hospital later. I absolutely hate this place. Definitely not the kind of people you want taking care of your kids.
Completely worthless. Your child will have to come in for literally everything and then they will tell you it’s viral and needs to run its course. You won’t be prescribed any medication and they’ll recommend honey for a cough. I just saved you so much money!
WORST PLACE EVER! ! ! ! ! ! when you call to make an appointment ur put on hold for at least 10 mins and rhen in the waiting room for almost an hour
Love all the people here. Great doctors. Love taking my child here.
