Was fitted for shoe orthodic and ankle brace by Shannon. Very professional and thorough. Fast service and good fit. Highly recommend.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Impatient with elderly clients. Their products are low quality and do not last very long. Their billing system is incredibly flawed and they don’t bill insurance on time and then try to pin it to the customer after waiting over a year to bill insurance. Sounds fraudulent imo. Avoid them. Go elsewhere if you can. Not sure where these few reviews are from friends or family members. But they definitely are not describing our experience with this ice cold clinic.

Well I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and sad to say it will be my last visit for awhile but not for bad reasons! I have enjoyed going in and see this provider. I am impressed with the care and compassion they have shown me. I am very mobile for an amputee and I have gotten special equipment for outdoor activities and I couldn't be more satisfied with the recommendations and how they have listened to my suggestions and opinions. Saw Caitlin again for an adjustment, she is great. She is sweet, patient, and very polite. Noel at the front desk is efficient. Love the no sugar added Swiss Miss hot cocoa, and coffee, adds a nice touch. Beautiful mature plants in the waiting area. Norfolk Island Pine. Dyson hand dryer in bathroom is so cool. They do their job well.
