Racist. Crazy I had so much respect for this place…
Had back surgery done by Dr Grubb, who was great as well as his staff. My complaint is about the billing from the center. I had surgery at the beginning of December 2022. I JUST recieved an explanation of benefits from the insurance co.(which my employer no longer uses) and it isn't being covered thus far. Why has it taken so long to process this claim ???? Who can afford a six digit medical bill ????
